How can I pay?
At checkout, you can choose a credit or debit card. An ACH bank-account option is also shown where available. Monthly plans are billed each month, while annual plans are billed once per year.
What do additional users cost?
One user is included. Standard self-service plans support up to four additional users for $15 per user per month or $150 per user per year.
Is my price protected?
Your subscription price is fixed for your initial 12 months. Annual subscriptions remain fixed through the current subscription term.
Could pricing change later?
Pricing may change as coverage and capabilities expand. Preserve Signal will provide advance notice before an applicable change.
Can I cancel?
Monthly subscriptions may be canceled anytime. Annual subscriptions remain active through the purchased term.
What does an export include?
You can export selected complete records, up to 100 at a time. Exports are for internal business use only and are not for resale.
